The Experience More Summit on Work-Based Learning is the launch of a new norm in North Carolina’s workforce development efforts and part of a multi-system effort to ensure all North Carolinians are ready for the jobs of today and tomorrow.

The statewide rollout of new products, frameworks and resources to motivate students, job seekers, employers and educators to enthusiastically create, seek out, scale and participate in work-based learning

Local-level success stories highlighting the value work-based learning has on the overall education and jobs ecosystem in a community
